Over the past 12 years, he has focused on managing and directing the consulting sales activities of major Fortune 100 clients. Steve’s hands-on philosophy involves tackling the roles of both player and coach to effectively manage teams in the sales and marketing infrastructure. His focus is on leading the IT consulting, IT solutions and staffing verticals to supervise large-scale, strategic workforce engagements.
Steve works closely with senior executive clients to develop and support project solutions, outsourcing and staff augmentation requirements across a broad scope of vertical industries. He also oversees planning and structuring, resource dedication, pricing and contract negotiation, benchmark measurements and revenue generation.
As Executive VP / Business Operations, Denise Attaway oversees the business unit. She works closely with corporate and divisional teams to coordinate processes and manage the business as a whole, improving top-line revenue and bottom-line profitability. !
With more than 25 years of operations experience, Denise has worked closely with complex organizations across the IT industry. Her hands-on style is strategic and tactical with a continual focus on addressing specific needs to best serve business partners.
Denise joined the business in 1998 as the director of human resources and administration. In 2010, she became the vice president of human resources and administration. During her tenure, she has successfully overseen integration with international operations and multiple system implementations. She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®), a reflection of her mastery in strategy and policymaking.
